Rodney in the service department was extremely helpful and polite. Service was done quickly.
They offered me $1,000 for my trade-in vehicle. I had to fight to get $2,750 because they said it was old with high mileage. They said they would have to sell it to a wholesaler and wouldn't put it on their lot. Now I see it listed for $5,995. I should have gone to Kenny Kent in Evansville, where I bought my last vehicle.

Couldn't work on car but was supposed to call when they could. They didn't so we called. Said parts were in when they weren't. We took car in. Said they could probably get work done in one day and couldn't. No loaner car. Husband has to drive me 28 miles to work and pick me up. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
The body shop owner George is awesome. He is so helpful and honest. He took great car of my car and got me safely back on the road.
