Ford Mt. Vernon, IL this Wednesday, August 2, 2017. The one who assisted us was Sarge. He was very accomodating and friendly to us. He helped us get the exact car that we wanted and all the modifications inside it. He made it so easy for us to work with him with no hassle at all. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. He's very professional and informative. He also responded very quick to every question that we asked. We felt very wecome the minute we stepped inside this dealership.

Did all the paperwork on a vehicle to be picked up the next day after a complete detail. When I picked it up the exterior wasn't looking like a fresh detail but it had been raining so I let it go. On my 2.5 hour ride home my wife and I noticed the interior had dirt and crumbs everywhere. I called the next day and was told the only thing they could do is detail it again if I'm ever in town. The only reason why I was in Mt Vernon in the first place is because my previous vehicle broke down on the interstate and we had it towed to the nearest dealership. I'll never be back to Mt Vernon so this was horrible customer service. I feel like we were lied to.
After having a commercial van sold out from under us at a dealership over in Ohio, we found one online at Ford Square and called JIM O'NEIL at Ford Square Friday morning to say we were driving over from Indiana a 5 hour drive to test drive and hopefully make the purchase. The van was parked out back for us and not sold out from under us and we loved it! We found the folks at Ford Square to be HONEST and FAIR...willing to drop the price at least a few hundred bucks which was helpful to us! And we made the purchase!
