Very smooth process with no pressure from beginning to end. Very Fair on Price and Trade In values. Only reason not rating a 5 star is that I feel like the sales team member was not as knowledgeable as I would have expected. Failed to point out until the sale was complete (and handed me the “key” to my 2017 Tahoe - gently used) that only one key was with the vehicle (now I have to pay $120 for another key and clicker). Who buys a car from a dealer with only one key? Felt like the dealership should have offered to provide a second key at their cost. Minor I know, just the principal that when you buy a $40k plus vehicle you would think a few extra above and beyond things would be offered. Overall, pleased with experience.
