My commercial vehicle broke down on Friday and was back on the road by Monday just like they estimated. My only issue was the padded bill, I guess they earned it.
Took my truck there to get the charging port in the middle console fixed . It was a fuse of course and I'm not sure that I could find the fuses on this truck. They got my truck in right on the scheduled time . Not only did they get thadone fairly quickly but their techs also took care oft a recall without bothering me about it . Real nice guys and very professional. Thanks again
Went got my truck in last month for safety recall they got it done quick but they hotrod my truck when I was going to talk to them about it they left for lunch.
They are nice, service is great. Took my car there for diagnostics test for electrical issues...they are very complete .
We were heading from Florida to Wisconsin in our Ram 3500, pulling a 38' fifth wheel trailer, when we got a light on indicating service to the 4WD system was necessary. To make a long story short, we were able to get into King City Chrysler on short notice at 3 pm, have a place to unhook the trailer while they looked at the truck, and be assured that it was a momentary issue with no safety ramifications for the rest of our journey. The peace of mind it gave us was terrific. Thanks to all in the King City service department, especially the technician, Curtis, who explained everything in detail.
