I had an awesome experience buying from Jeep. It is a smaller store so I wasnt constantly hounded by sales reps that was not my own. Which was pretty nice. Since they are smaller it was a lot more home town feeling and they were able to spend more time with me to figure out what was exactly right for me. I will be buying my next vehicle from the Jeep store.
Not good at all following up with information. Ask at least 6 salesmen the same question about the same truck. All promised to get right back to me with an answer. Not one ever got me that answer.
