Rude,inconsiderate,bad attitude and for the first time i felt the guy was racists..oh and instead of taking the cardboard from his load he put it way in front of trailer so i wouldn't see it and left trailer all dirty...(I'm saying all this in a nice way).
Helpful staff and being connected to the distribution center of they don't have a part they can call back and have in less than 5 min. If they don't carry it they have an extensive catalog they can order from.
