Great prices and friendly service even for a guy from out of town
I was traveling out of town with my 7 month old daughter and hit a racoon in the middle of the night. They were quick with an estimate and waited in parts the first day. Then, although they had a family emergency and closed their shop the second day, they came in fixed my car by lunch and had me back on the road headed home. Very professional, great service and an even more enjoyable customer relationship! Work was gauranteed anywhere in the USA through warranty as well! Would absolutely recommend!
Driving through Illinois and blew a spark plug on my way home. The good people at Felty's had me in and out, and were more than fair on the price. Great service and honest folks. Could've taken advantage of me, but they treated me right! Wish more mechanics could be like them.
