Bought hot tub in April and they did not have the matching steps. Told me they ordered them and they would be in in a week or two. No problem right, I am a patient person. Well I have called and called and every time was told they would be in on truck on Monday or Tuesday, but they have NEVER called me and they never came in. Well today is Saturday the 15th of July and with no phone call I packed my mismatch steps and took them up there and they brought me out steps in a pkg. Finally it only took 3 months. Just really disappointed, I expected more since I have bought all my pool supplies from them for years. Feel like once they get your money they are done with you. I mean they sell these hot tubs all the time, couldn't they have just opened a spa package and pulled them out sooner. They are very friendly, but Sorry will no longer recommend them!

i am very unhappy with the new pool liner.the installers do not smooth and pack down the sand.i have deep heel and footprints on the bottom along with hard sharp rock like objects all on the bottom.i know of at least 2 new pools that they did,and did not pack the sand and have the same problems.,it is going to be hard to clean and take care of.the guys knocked over about 10 ft of the side causing the the rock around it to fall in the caved side ,making where the pool meets together off centered and the seam sticks out under the liner.also leaving rutts in the yard where they were not suppose to drive.they have only made excuses to all of us.
