I was very disappointed in the employees though. The whole family ordered the Homewrecker burritos. This burrito comes with guacamole but the employees didn't even offer it as the burritos were being built. I was last in line and I noticed they were pushing the burritos down the line and it seemed they were purposefully not offering items like guacamole to save themselves expense. Because of this, two family members missed out on guacamole when we were told by the first employee when deciding that it was included in the Homewrecker. When I saw their little game being the last one, I started asking about every ingredient and if that was included with the burrito. They actually had to bring my burrito back having passed many items without as much as asking me if I would like those toppings that were included. When it got to the guacamole, they asked what kind of salsa I wanted but didn't mention the guac. So, I said, "wait, isn't guacamole included with the Homewrecker?" And I got a "Oh yeah" response. They did not ask if we would like cheese either. I really think the employees have been instructed to not offer certain items that are already included in a devious way to save on product making the customer assume included items are an upcharge. Four family members ordered the junior size and I ordered the regular. When we sat down, we saw a sign announcing that on Mondays the regular size Homewrecker was reduced to the price of the junior. Well, it was Monday and not one employee mentioned that to us even when we asked about the price difference between the two. This further confirmed my conclusion that the employees are using devious tactics (i.e., keeping the customer out of the know to what's available, skipping over toppings plating dumb) to make more money. Pretty low. Won't be back even though the food was pretty good on my burrito after having to drill the employees on what I could actually get in it.
The food is AMAZING, but the lady working the register DEFINITELY needs an attitude adjustment and not go on such a power trip!
The cleanliness and service was very great plus the servers greeted everyone as they came in. The menu was a little confusing as it looked like different entrees came with different ingredients, however, in the end, you can choose which ones you want. The seating area was nice but I didn't see a trash can by the seats towards the back, nor did I see any designated handicap seating. The bowl meals are served in plastic bowls but the store didn't have recycling for them either. (These are why I'm not giving them 5 stars). The is also outside seating and plenty of parking available. The sidewalk wasn't far away but I did not see bike posts.
The manager and staff are friendly and attentive. Try the Wrong Doug!!! Awesome.
