Very new at this point, but what they lack in experience they make up with good food. Help them get better by going here, the workers are friendly although pretty inexperienced.
Good food. Nice staff. Pricey but comparable to similar places. They must have been recovering from the lunch rush as many tables were dirty. Great music! Led Zeppelin, Elton John, Alice Cooper. I wish they would change the name of the sandwich they call "The Big Nasty". Not a proud moment in my day to tell the cashier: "I'll have a Big Nasty"

A bit pricy, but fantastic customer service and great food (the portions are fairly large as well), so i am willing to spend a bit more!
Before I get to the details, I want to point out that I went around noon, and they were packed.
The food isn’t the best of quality and sometimes and can take a while, but the service was amazing. I went through the drive thu recently and had a girl named Kaci take my order. She was probably the nicest person that I have ever had take my order and any kind of place with a drive thru. She was really nice and as friendly as you could be!
While the food was good, I didn't feel it was worth the price. I'll probably be going back.
The food was good: I got the New Yorker sandwich and a caeser salad. The sandwich was tiny; it fit in the palm of my hand, but it had a nice helping of beef. Still, it was a bit pricey - just the sandwich and salad ran me almost 10$. The salad had several questionable pieces of lettuce, browning edges and one piece looked like it had been a hole made by a bug; you're supposed to cut around those.
