I tried ordering by phone ToGo because dine-in, the servers are very slow and careless and I don't want to wait 15 minutes for them to attend me and then another hour for my food. But when I tried ordering by phone, they answer right away, but apparently, no one wants to take my order because TWICE I waited like an idiot for someone to take my order. There's a reason I haven't been in for months and probably won't go back till I have nothing going on the rest of the day.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant. The food was not thoroughly cooked & the portions were smaller than normal. The waitress was not very knowledgeable.
Food and menu was good. Had a hard time getting some one to answer the phone for a carry out order. Ended up having to come in and order because the waitress who finally answered didnt know the menu. Then waited over 35 mins for chicken wraps and a burger.
The waitress (April) was the best I've had in a long time. Better than aaverage and even though I never met her before she knew exactly what to offer. Thanks
Good food poor service. I've been here two Saturday nights in a row with very few drink refill. Both times I had to go to the front desk to get a bill so I could leave. Will not be back.
