Ordered 2 med pizzas. Extra pepperoni with thin crust and ham and pineapple hand tossed on Thursday July 27. Took over an hour to deliver. Both were very salty, dry, and had crumbly overcooked crust. Were absolutely inedible. Pitched in the trash. Didn't call to complain because we had an emergency trip to hospital. Don't think we'll be calling there again.
Been here 2 times. Won't come back. The place is disgusting. Every tables is dirty and sticky and lookd like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. The floor is sticky. The chairs are nasty. Yep. Both times I came, they weren't busy and I knew they had time to clean them.
Every time I order from Pizza Hut I have a fun and happy experience! The people on the phone are always nice, and my order is made on time every time. I had a delivery get to my house late one day, and the driver called me while on his way apologizing and explaining why there was a wait. He came to my door with a smile on his face and apologized profusely. Jalen can be a quiet one but Ethan is always happy to be at work!
I called to order a pizza and when I did I ordered the wrong crust. We like the original Pan crust and my son doesn't like the garlic on the pizza. I called to explain that I said the wrong crust and that he can't have that pizza and they brought me a new pizza. And did not act like it was a big deal. I was very impressed with the gentleman on the phone.
