Great food... Great prices.. Great sales!
I ordered at 430 so it would be ready. I let them know we needed it at 515. My husband went to pick up our Pizza and was there at 515. They charged my card didn't give him a receipt and left him waiting for 45 minutes. I called the manager to resolve the issue. She was very very rude and cut me off as I was trying to explain what had happened. My husband had to leave to take my daughter to church camp and then go back and pick up pizzas. I will be emailing the main Manger as her service was ridiculous and uncalled for
Great food and they will deliver. Doesn't matter if it's a pizza or a sub, plus you get a movie rental coupon for next door.
No Pizza by 7:15 so called again. Was told it had left the restaurant and driver should be almost in hotel driveway. Called back at 7:35 and was told she would call driver and see where he was and let me know. 7:50 I called AGAIN and said no return call, no Pizza and then knock on door and received our cold Pizza and was offered a sub coupon for it taking so long which is valuable if you live 6 hrs away. They need to be upfront and honest about a delivery time
TERRIBLE service. Pizza may have been pretty good if even warm
This time I had a 6 in.Philly cheesesteak sandwich and small brownie pan which took a estimated 25 min. Delivery accurate, but food barely warm. Tasted kinda just okay. Not really good. I don't know if it's because of Thanksgiving. I will re-rate to *5 when and if I get my food hot and try 1 more time, if not my rating will go down.Sorry Marco's!
