I can't believe how uninformative their website is. This is a hospital website and people who access it are concerned about their loved ones. I came to the site to access contact information on a family member who was admitted unexpectedly and was 5 hours away from home. There was a single contact phone number that rang continuously and then kicked me out into a busy signal. No voicemail, no after hours information, no note about what to do in an emergency. No way to contact a loved one is scary and frustrating. The website (and I would assume the hospital) seems more interested in obtaining employees and donors than focusing on the main priority: patient care and patient families. I eventually contacted someone and they told me it someone should have picked up. Hmmm.
I can not praise the same day surgery nurses and staff enough. I was there on Wednesday September 23, to have a procedure and they were absolutely amazing to my mom and I. Thank you all so much for your kindness and wonderful hospitality.
