I called to order flowers for my sister thats in the hospital and the woman who answered was absolutely lovely!!! She helped me decide what flowers to put together for an arrangement that fit my budget. She was absolutely pleasant, eager to help, and very friendly. I highly reccomend this flower shop!
Ordered flowers for my wife and they delivered them on the wrong day. Flowers didn't match the picture either. Only giving them 2 stars because my wife still liked the flowers. Should have went with Easton's instead.

UPDATE: They did send a new bouquet of flowers on the day I had originally asked for, without my having to ask. Good customer service.
I called Lena's Flowers and Thins this morning before they were scheduled to be open. I was greeted by Becky, who listened to my request in a positive and welcoming manner. I made a request for flowers to be delivered to a funeral at 11:00AM, thinking it would be much to late for them to actually fulfill my request. I was hopeful they would be able to make the arrangements and deliver them to the next town in time for the funeral. Becky not only let me know she could make this happen, she assisted with selecting what I was looking for. I am very pleased Lena's was able to accommodate my request to have flowers delivered before the service. Thank you for you specialized attention and care, it was much appreciated.
