I had used Easton's for years and when a friend of the family had a died, I chose Easton's to delivery flowers to the visitation/funeral I was unable to attend. Upon receiving a Thank You card from the family, I found out flowers were delivered a day late. Upon calling Easton's, I was told sorry owner was out of town and the new delivery person made a mistake. They had no reason for why I wasn't notified that the flowers were going to be late or had been delivered late. This is not the behavior I would expect from an FTD florist. Not to mention, a close frient perhaps feeling forgotten on such a sad occassion.

Service was fine but the arrangement was not what I requested. It was actually one of the most unattractive arrangements I have ever seen.
