Rooms were nice and clean, bed could have been a bit softer for my tastes. Staff was courteous. The only real complaint I had was you had to take some stairs no matter which floor you were staying on and no elevator. I had my 75 year old mother traveling with me and it was a little rough for her and her bad hip.
The room was surprisingly reasonable and clean(even to the wet clothe on the floor test...it came up clean). The receptionist were pleasant. It was a rather spaciest room and local eateries were just blocks away....I was satisfied.
A modest, clean and pet friendly hotel easy to reach off I-64. Our room was a bit noisy (pipes, people outside in the hall) and the breakfast a little sparse (basically waffles, bagels/toast, yogurt and cereal) but it filled the bill for our stop. Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Good shower.
The room was fine and had no problems with it. The desk clerk was not at all friendly and acted like it was too much trouble for her to do her job. She had a smart ass attitude and not even a smile or a thank you. We will not be coming here again! Great customer service is just about the most important thing to run a business.. Also, did not appreciate having to pay extra just because I paid cash for my room.
Very comfortable and excellent for the relatively low cost. All amenities we're working. Tv, microwave, refrigerator, and the bathroom was very good..
