I thought this would be a fast trip to order a refrigerator. I had a screenshot of the one I wanted from their website with the model number and everything. I waited for an employee in the appliance department. I asked two employees if they could help or get someone to help myself a the other customers. The employee seemed unfamiliar with the computer and in the end had to do the order again because he didn't have it as a home delivery. His supervisor had to approve the free delivery. Over an hour and I finally have my fridge ordered.
I had to hunt down somebody for help and they acted like it didn't matter. So I politely put my merchandise back and left the store. I will be glad when Menard's opens.
This evening my visit turned out very nice . Although I have been extremely stressed due to the extent of several home projects I feel a bit better that I have most of the materials required. Jessica in the Plumbing Dept. is no doubt the most knowledgeable and the store's best asset because she truly knows what parts I needed. She didn't rush off after one of my questions. She helped me all the way until I had each plumbing item and explained the procedures of installion in easy terms. That means it will be unlikely that I will need to return items.I had help in flooring by a few employees that I sincerely appreciated. I purchased several non-stock items and received discounts. I have some health issues and a bad back so I really appreciated the 2 guys that loaded my truck with the heavy tiles. I have complained a few times in the past regarding to a few employees having attitude or acting as if I was disrupting them so it is only fair that I say that the majority of Lowes'
I like shopping here but PLEASE fix your online order pickup system. It was working great the way you had it.
Now when I get done paying at pro services I need to walk to the other end of the store to customer care for my order. NOT WORTH IT!
Completely horrible. The employees are no help to the customers, and there was a few that were disrespectful to us while we were there. They need trained better or something, because they do not know what they are doing or what they are talking about. Definitely will not be coming back here.
I use to order ,come in to the store get a few things and check out at pro services and get my order.
