When first opened asked for quick bang trim. Girl was too busy on her phone and turned me down. Said she had 2 girls coming in for cut and perm and had to wait. So i waited and came back. All 3 were working.
I said i didnt know you did hair. I thought she was receptionist. I said, you could have done my bangs. Her excuse...."I had a list." Seriously? 2 min max for quick bang trim? She would have had a nice fat tip, too. But she was too busy on her d@mn phone. Not the way to run a business.

Been there twice in my life. Both times, they messed up my hair. The first time, the lady was rude and talked to her coworker the whole time. The second time, she missed two spots on the back of my head. Very unprofessional too. She asked for the sides, "Do you want bald or not bald?" Like I said, I've only been there twice, and both times was because Great Clips was closed.
