I think if they do that, they can easily attract more and more customers. This store has the potential of becoming a zoo for traveler and that's only if they switch to a regular flying J.
Cuddle house was great & friendly service, good burgers, clean parking lot & surprisingly quiet..right next to walmart too! The little convenience store on the end the food was gross looking, grapes in cups were rotten, the end part does need an overhaul to bring this around to being a great place-they have TA & Pilot as close neighbors & competition. I think the only flying J part of it is the fuel. There is a nice little parts & clothing type store in here too..and a blue mailbox out front! Bonus!
I'm a professional truck driver and I live in my truck. The night I don't stay in a PURE(Not road Rangers and other franchise ) pilot flying J, I feel like I'm homeless. Even sometimes I leave a parking lot of one of other big chains- Like TA- and drive sixty or seventy miles for just to stay in a PILOT flying J that night. That's short story about me and the following is about the store.
This store needs a major overhaul ( store setup, pilot coffee , more Privacy on the men's restrooms for you can see through the doors. And outside signing. Basically they need to turn the store to FULL pilot/flying J.
Big parking lot , store is huge as well . 24/7 massage place on the second floor . Tiny casino and barber services available inside
Not sure about store. Husband said OK! The main reason we parked there was Walmart and Kohl's. There's a waking path through the fence in the back right to Walmart. It's very close! Love that I could shop and not have far walk so that alone is worth 5 stars
Very friendly staff. Enough truck parking, clean and enough showers, I've never stopped here before but definitely will stop here next time.
