My experience at this Verizon store was very positive. I had a number of issues and all of them were resolved satisfactorily. I also received quite a lot of additional information which will be useful to me. It is unusual when someone spends the amount of time that the representative spent with me today, especially when you're not buying anything. I would certainly recommend this store and the staff.
