If you want a physician who provides medical treatment to your child without EITHER custodial parent....for say... a STEP parent....you can try your chances with this practice. They must get cash under the table to avoid HIPPA LAWS..... lets see how far that lasts,,,,,,well....it is a clinic in Mt.Vernon.... GOOD LUCK
