3 years ago I would have said 5 stars because of how great the service was. Now I say one star because shipping is slower, cancelled rewards even though I have 50$ to use, take forever to respond and most the time it's auto generated message, waited for 10 minutes before hanging up with no calls ahead of me. Just all around terrible service now. If they have the better deal by all means buy it but don't expect it to be an easy transaction.

it has taken over 4 months and still haven’t gotten my bike. service sucks
Placed an order in early August, it stated it was back ordered until September 1st. Middle of Sept hits and still no shipping info sent. I emailed them at the beginning of October to ask what was going on, they said the items were still backordered. I asked why wasn’t I notified and for a refund. They gave me a partial refund (received Oct. 25th) more than a week after I requested it. All said and done, not happy in any sense and I would advise staying away from them at all costs. Customer service is a joke and from my experience, they are not dependable or trustworthy at all.
